Everyone is Special Museum Family Day: Children's Holiday Festival

Central Virginia’s favorite sensory friendly family Christmas tradition is back with a magical twist! Join us on December 14th for Amazement Square’s Everyone is Special Children’s Holiday Festival featuring cookies and cocoa with Santa. This year Santa is bringing his favorite Candy Cane Carnival games with him! Play festive games, craft a keepsake ornament, and explore Amazement Square. We can’t wait to celebrate the holidays with you!

This family day is designed to be an optimal learning-through-play opportunity for children with autism and other sensory needs and their families. Explore Amazement Square's 4 floors of interactive exhibitions as well as specialized holiday themed programming and activities including photos with Santa!  

To best accommodate families, this FREE event has limited registration of 200 total registrants. If you are unable to attend this event, please let museum staff know so that we can allow another family to explore with us.
