By purchasing admission, you are agreeing to Amazement Square’s policies.
Adults cannot visit the museum without a child, unless a pre-arranged tour has been scheduled.
Museum admission purchases are non-refundable.
KNOW BEFORE YOU VISIT:
- All backpacks, bags, or large purses are subject to being checked by our front desk team before visitors can explore the museum, or they may be stored for free in one of our lockers.
- The PaintBox is closed from 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM and 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM (this is subject to change)
- On Stage: the Rockstar Experience is CLOSED from 12 PM - 2 PM and is opened by request at other times.
- Unfortunately, Amazement Square does not provide parking, but there is parking available in Canal Lot, across the train tracks, and street parking on Jefferson Street.
- With admission, you permit the recording of photographs and/or video of you and your dependents. Please notify the Front Desk if you do not consent to this policy.
- Weapons of any kind, drugs, vapes, and other tobacco-related products are strictly prohibited in the museum and on museum grounds.
